I have a group of students who are highly interested in space. Over the last few days they have been requesting the teachers to plan an educational trip to a space centre during the summer vacation. However, we had not yet decided anything on it. First because the cost is too high and second we were apprehensive if the trip will be worth the money in terms of learning.
However, after having read a detailed description of the modules undertaken at space camps i think i should enroll my students for the trip. I understand it’ll be a lifetime opportunity for them to learn hands-on about what they are so passionate about. In fact while trawling the net i came across one of the Indian space camp organisers called Space Camp India at http://spacecampindia.com/ They take the kids to the US Space and Rocket Centre at Hunstville, Alabama. Would it be a good idea to approach them?
